QA/QC SERVICES
Besides quality management aspects, quality control can be operated for every projects (site work) and managed by a QA/QC representative reporting to the site manager.
Project wise:
In order to control products Quality throughout manufacturing process and guarantee a satisfactory final Quality, our services include various types of checks:
Inspection and tests are always performed in accordance with Client requirements, applicable standards & codes and manufacturers’ procedures.
There are 3 types of inspection and tests:
- Equipment receiving inspection.
- In process inspection.
- Final inspection.
Product quality control and surveillance activities are described in the inspection and test procedure.
Measurements and checks are carried out during the whole process chain, from material receiving inspection until invoicing of the client of the supplied product (According to the identified company processes).
Acceptance criterion are defined for each type of inspection and tests.
